Media personality,  Ebuka  has finally apologised for failing to show up for the premiere of AY's new movie ' Merry Men ' tagged ' #AgbadaChallenge . Fans and fashion enthusiasts in the country waited to see Ebuka show up for the event in his regular stylish 'Agbada' but he didnt turn up. In his apology, Ebuka said,  'sincere apologies for not being able to make the Merry Men premiere last night. Some personal issues came up which I inevitably had to attend to. Make una nor too vex. Osun State  People’s Democratic Party (PDP)  Governorship candidate  Ademola Adeleke  has been declared wanted by the police. This was revealed in a statement released by the  Osun State Police Intelligence Bureau ,  NAN  reports. South Africa’s top court has ruled that personal cannabis use is legal. There have been photos circulating online of people celebrating following the announcement on September 18, 2018, outside the Constitutional Court in Johannesburg. Deputy Chief Justice  Raymond Zondo, delivering the Johannesburg-based Constitutional Court’s unanimous verdict, said the law banning marijuana use in private by adults ‘is unconstitutional and therefore invalid’.

A Twitter user identified as @SpotterSuper, has taken to the social networking platform to share a photo which shows the requirements expected from a man who intended to marry in Imo state Nigeria.. According to him the picture was taken in Imo state, where a groom was delivering the requirements demanded of him to marry his bride. From the photo, one can spot several boxes filled with goodies, crates of drinks, live goat as well as several ankara print materials. The photo which has been trailed with mixed reactions and criticisms from online users saw many questioning why getting married in some parts of Nigeria costs the groom and his family so much, while others agreed that it is unfair to pay so much and still be expected to preserve the wedding. Forty-one female prostitutes, 99 per cent of whom are Nigerians, have been arrested by the Weija District Police Command led by Chief Inspector Diana Tei Eninful. They were arrested around a place called Choice, where several pubs operate at night, according to Chief Inspector Eninful. She said the police received several reports from residents in the area about nuisance activities of the prostitutes, which have turned the vicinity into a haven for drug peddlers and armed robbers. Based on the complaints received from residents in the area, the police laid surveillance and subsequently arrested 41 of the prostitutes, most of whom Chief Inspector Eninful said were Nigerians between 18 and 25 years. Robert Blocksom  and his wife  Jelaine  have had to sell their home, mobile trailer and other assets to cover her medical expenses,  according to  WEWS . The couple also moved from their home in Middleburgh Heights, Ohio to an apartment easier for Jelaine to move around in. “I’ve always liked driving, so I figured that I’d like to be able to make some money driving. The visit of British Prime Minister  Theresa May to Nigeria has drawn attention to the relationship between Nigeria and the UK. This is in the face of growing interest in Africa from China and other emerging giants. The visit, which is part of a three-nation trip to Africa, is Theresa May’s first visit to the continent as Prime Minister and the first visit by a British Prime Minister to Sub-Saharan Africa since 2013. The Prime Minister’s message focused on a renewed partnership between the UK and Africa. The Ogun State Police arrested two men – Okon Bassey and Ademola Adekunle, in connection with homosexuality. Bassey and Ademola were arrested following a complaint by Bassey who reported at the Onipanu Divisional Headquarter that Ademola was threatening his life with violence, however, allegation of homosexual practices between the two cropped up. In a release by the Police Public Relations Officer in the state, Abimbola Oyeyemi, when detectives detailed by the Divisional Police Officer, Onipanu, Sangobiyi Johnson, arrested Ademola last Wednesday, he confessed to being introduced to Bassey by one Mandela for homosexual dating. Oyeyemi, a Deputy Superintendent of Police (DSP), stated further that Ademola had explained how Bassey promised him N20,000 if he agreed to be his sex partner.
