Nursing mother who was brutally assaulted by a police officer in Ghana gets cash donations of over N2m from compassionate Ghanaians?
Patience Osafo, the nursing mother who was brutally assaulted last Friday by a ruthless police officer at the banking hall of Midlands Savings and Loans Limited in Ghana is being compensated by compassionate Ghanaians.

According to reports in Ghana, the mother of three has received over GH?40,000 (N2.9million)cash donations, foodstuff and clothing from compassionate Ghanaians so far.

Part of the donations made was by MP for Manhyia North, Ashanti region, Hon. Collins Amankwah who reportedly donated Ghc2,000 to her and promised to expand her business. Ghana's Peace FM also made a donation of Ghc 2,000 for her medical bills and 5,000 for her upkeep.
The police officer behind the brutal attack,Lance Corporal Godzi Frederick Amanor is currently in Police custody. He has been interdicted and being processed for court on all applicable criminal charges.

A woman took an unplanned bathroom break at Chick-Fil-A and ended up delivering her baby there in the restaurant's restroom. Falon Griffin began having contractions on Tuesday. She and her husband Robert Griffin made a stop on their way to San Antonio, Texas’ University Hospital to meet up with a family friend at a local Chick-Fil-A store so they could drop off their two older daughters with them before going to deliver their baby. As they stopped, Falon realized she needed to use the bathroom. Rapper Offset arrested for Gun and Drug Possession in Georgia (see mugshot)

Offset  of the hip-hop trio  Migos  and the husband of hip-hop star  Cardi B , was arrested on Friday afternoon July 20th on gun and drug charges after he and his bodyguard were pulled over outside of Atlanta.  The rapper, whose real name is  Kiari Kendrell Cephus , and his bodyguard,  Senay Gezahgn , were pulled over in  Jonesboro, Georgia , for the illegal lane change when Clayton County police searched his 2014 Porsche 911 Carrera and found three guns and less than one ounce of marijuana and over $107,000 in cash, according to Atlanta ABC affiliate WSB. The 26-year-old who is already on probation for a 2015 arrest on drugs and weapons charges, was charged with possession of a firearm by a felon and possession of a weapon during a crime. 19-year-old man stabs 18-year-old girlfriend to death in Edo

The police in Edo state have arrested a 19-year-old man identified as Junior Baba, for stabbing his 18-year-old girlfriend, Matilda Odiri, to death at his home on Akugbe Street in Benin metropolis in the Ovia South-West Local Government Area of Edo State on July 7th. According to reports, Matilda had arrived Baba's house on the day of the incident with the intention of sleeping over. She then accused him of being unfaithful to her as she suspected he was keeping another girl. There arguement degenerated into a fight and in the process, Baba picked up his kitchen knife and stabbed Matilda. She died on the spot. Realising what he'd done, Baba carried her body and dumped it by the roadside. He then fled to the Auduwawa area of Benin city where he was apprehended. Confirming his arrest, the state commissioner of Police, Johnson Kokumo, said Baba has since confessed to committing the crime. He added that the suspect would be charged to court soon....
